Crosshead

The blank of crosshead is made of ductile iron whose tensile stength is greater than 600Mpa,and it also through a casting process.

When at the working time,croosshead cylindrical slide in the upper and lower guides,the tapered bore which is 11 to 96 at crosshead end compares with crosshead pin.

To ensure a good working condition,there is a hige request of shape,position,tolerances and dimensional accuracy to cylindrical and tapered bore in the pocessing of crosshead.
